2 pieces of thick white toast dripping in butter,
eggs soft and sprinkled with a dash of salt ‘Yummy’ I hear you mutter.
Pan of water with lashings of vinegar in, slightly simmering.
Carefully break in the eggs to the water.
Cook for 3 minutes then remove from the pan.
Perfect poached eggs.
